Shipping

We offer a number of shipping options out of Bali including postal and private courier companies. They vary in speed and cost and also by destination. Not all ship options are available for every destination. Below are listed some of the options.

International Postal Parcel: The slowest but usually the cheapest on lower weights. The parcel is registered. Some countries allow internet tracking of incoming registered mail.

EMS Express Delivery: A courier service run by the post office with a guaranteed fast delivery.

DHL & FedEx Couriers: The most expensive although cost competitive at higher weights, but usually also the fastest deliveries. These are commercial door-to-door courier companies.

Return Policy

We will replace any of the jewelry that is any way faulty or not as described on return of the items.
